This mini-suburb, catering for the lowest end of the housing market, was created with a belief that each family unit deserved/desired their own distinct house and section.
Our design group developed a range of housing typologies; to accommodate the different needs of extended families to single parent homes and changing ethnic groups.
The different designs drew on the richness of the suburban vernacular.
